Entrepreneurs who need a small amount of office space now have a new option in the Renasant Center for IDEAs.
IDEA Hub will offer affordable cubicle space, for new and expanding businesses, with all of the support currently offered through Tupelo/Lee County’s regional business incubator. “Our goal through creating IDEA Hub is to offer affordable office space to entrepreneurs who simply need a workspace of their own,” said Orland Pannell, director of entrepreneurship and community development for the Community Development Foundation.
“IDEA Hub is ideal for sales people who need a local office, start-up companies, and at-home businesses.” IDEA Hub is located on the first floor of the Renasant Center for IDEAs, in a 650 square foot space. It enables business clients to start out in a cubicle space, with a month-to-month lease, as they grow and expand their business needs.
Clients have full access to the Renasant Center for IDEAs building and bundle of services, including office equipment, wireless internet service, training rooms, meeting spaces, personal mailboxes, and more. Tenants have around-the-clock access to the building’s amenities. Currently, six IDEA Hub offices are available, with future plans for expansion.
