TUPELO, Miss- The Community Development Foundation held a ribbon cutting ceremony today to celebrate the Renasant Center for IDEAs’ completed expansion. The project represents the addition of a new meeting room and nine new office spaces increasing the total number of office spaces to 27. Cubicles were also consolidated and relocated to one location within the IDEA hub. Existing flex space located on the second floor was utilized for a significant portion of the project.
“We are very excited to expand our facility. This ribbon cutting serves as a representation of the success of our tenants. Our existing office spaces and cubicles were at full capacity so we are excited to not only provide the opportunity for our existing tenants to move into a larger office space, but to also recruit new tenants to the incubator. In fact, leases have been signed on a few of our new office spaces,” said Judd Wilson, CDF Director of Small Business Development.
“The addition of the new space will both foster new business growth and will enable CDF to further expand its programs and services for new and existing businesses in our community,” said David Rumbarger, CDF President and CEO.
