Tupelo, Miss. (Jan. 17, 2019)– A sold out crowd of over 700 community leaders from all over Mississippi and parts of Alabama and Tennessee, gathered at the Orchard today to attend the Community Development Foundation’s (CDF) one-day leadership summit, IGNITE. (www.IgniteLeadership.com)
CDF believes that at our community’s core, the ultimate catalyst for growth is the ability to identify, engage and ignite the right people. IGNITE is a one-day leadership conference featuring world-class speakers, incredible peer-to-peer interaction and an energizing atmosphere.
IGNITE’s presentation line up featured a diverse array of leadership speakers including Netflix star Brittany Wagner, body language and communication guru Justin Patton, New York Times bestselling author Greg McKeown and talent strategist and CEO of Integreat Leadership, Randy Gravitt.

Other speakers included author and award-winning TV and radio broadcaster, Vera Jones who shared her personal testimony to faith and motivated the crowd to seek their own, local entrepreneurs and co-founders of Blue Delta Jeans, Josh West and Nick Weaver and author Aaron Davis, who concluded the day with a lesson in the importance of having a positive attitude.
