NMCPC is a non-profit organization that serves twenty three counties in the Northeast Section of Mississippi and is part of the Mississippi Procurement Technical Assistance Program.

The mission of NMCPC is to enhance national defense and economic development of the state of Mississippi by assisting existing Mississippi businesses in obtaining federal, state, and local government contracts. The services of NMCPC are provided to Mississippi businesses at no charge. Joy Lathan is in the Renasant Center for IDEAs every Thursday.
