Carol Ann Padgett currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Operations for the Community Development Foundation (CDF) in Tupelo, Mississippi. CDF is a 75-year-old organization that is consistently recognized as one of the Top 10 economic development organizations in the United States by Site Selection magazine.
Carol Ann is the financial advisor to CDF, providing financial analysis and planning, budget control and profit and loss reporting. She also reviews, analyzes, and interprets budget reports for the organization and administers HR functions. Additionally, Carol Ann assists with event planning, especially Ignite, where her witty sense of humor shines through as co-host.
Carol Ann is a Certified Professional Accountant having completed her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
When not managing all the responsibilities she handles to keep CDF running smoothly, Carol Ann enjoys listening to podcasts, watching Food Network and spending time with her husband and two young children.
