Director, Customer Experience
Norris Grizzard is the Director of Customer Experience with Waste Management. He has been with Waste Management for 11 years. He oversees eight contact centers across the south serving 12 states with the responsibility for the customer's experience. He leads a team of 5 customer experience managers, 20 supervisors, 21 team leads, and over 475 contact center employees.
Before working for Waste Management, he worked in the financial industry as a Branch Manager, Lender for Renasant Bank for over 13 years. He is a graduate of the Southeastern Consumer Lending School (Owens School of Management Vanderbilt University), Barret School of Banking (Christian Brothers University), and is a graduate of Faulkner University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition to working at Waste Management, he is the owner of Titus Tax Service for the past 14 years located in Booneville, MS.
He resides in Booneville, MS, where he was born and raised, with his wife Chrandra of 22 years. He is a proud father of 2 (Titus-17 and, Gabbie-13). He has served as a volunteer with United Way, March of Dimes Campaign Chairman for Renasant Bank, and President of the community board of advisors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lee County and is a youth director for New Direction Generation youth group at Faith Harvest Church, where he also serves as a Board Member.
