Marketing opportunities for Business After Hours events, like all CDF events, are secured during the REACH campaign. The REACH campaign takes place every year from March - April. Please contact us at 662-842-4521, or info@cdfms.org, with questions.
As the sponsor for a Business After Hours, you have:
- Opportunity to showcase your business, services and facilities to the business community
- Opportunity to address the guests for promotion of their business
- Opportunity to distribute promotional items
- Recognition in all pre- and post-event publicity
- Recognition on Chamber website event page, with more than 100,000 annual visits
- Recognition in event coverage in monthly e-newsletter, Chamber Connection 2.0, sent to approximately 3,000 business and community leaders in the Tupelo/Lee County region
- Promotion through the Chamber's social media outlets, with more than 17,000 unique followers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Post-event attendee contact list
- Host Responsibilities:
- Event space and parking should accommodate 75 to 150 people
- Easy to handle finger foods or hors d'oeuvres (must be catered by a CDF member)
- Beverages/Wine/Mead (sponsor accepts all liability)
- Beer (provided by CDF courtesy of Mitchell Distributing and sponsor accepts all liability)
