Welcome, and thank you for your time in participating in CDF’s 2022 Wage & Benefit Survey. (MANUFACTURING SECTOR)

Our intent with this survey is to help our businesses in making better strategic decisions concerning pay and benefit levels for their employees. Survey data collected will be compiled and returned to your company in an effort to help you evaluate wages, benefits, and hiring strategies used to build a competitive workforce. All information collected in this survey will be kept 100% confidential.


Time to complete...

Estimated time to complete the survey is 12 to 20 minutes. We will ask basic contact information and basic information about your work schedule, your business size (employees), your business type, holiday & leave policy, insurance offers, incentive programs, & retirement benefits. You will also be asked about a series of SOC codes/job positions and asked to enter hourly wages that you pay for each. This may take the most time to complete, so please be prepared with that salary information for that page. Once you begin the survey, if you close the browser, you will have to start over, so we want you to be prepared and ready with the proper information.
